SMS Listings is a software company founded by Calvin Curry and Chris Curry. The Curry brothers have been selling real estate since 1999 and have sold over 3,200 homes during their real estate career.

They created SMS Listings because they were tired of missing valuable buyer calls on their listings. On notable one occasion Calvin missed a call from an interested buyer, when he called the buyer back 15 minutes later, the buyer had already called another agent in Calvin's office.

The buyer bought the house and closed in less than a week. Because Calvin missed the phone call he lost a $12,146 buyers commission.
